We had a sewer blockage which lead to a sewage spill in one of our bathrooms and the adjacent rooms. We decided to call Puget Sound Water Rescue because of all great reviews they have across the various platforms. They managed to send out a specialist to quote within 2 hours, as promised. They kept us updated about the whereabouts and arrival of the specialist to our house, and sent out a very informative quote almost immediately after. Given how stressful the flooding situations can be and how important the timing is, I definitely felt we are in the right hands. Amazing customer service.
